FYI: High Tech Computers Inc (HTC) is the foremost maker of PocketPc Phones and WM Smartphones in the whole world. They make units for such big names like Qtek, Dopod, HTC, O2, Imate, Vodaphone, Orange and etc.
HTC collaborated with O2 in bringing Xda II, Xda IIi, Xda IIs and Xda Exec while same went for Imate on the same models BUT...
Last year, O2 and Imate decided to separate from HTC. O2 decided to try Qanta and Gigabyte and came out with O2 Atom, O2 Atom Exec (both by Qanta) and Stealth (Gigabyte)
Judging from this years line up of models for O2, they are sticking wiht Qanta and might even try out Asus.
Since Imate decided to separate from HTC during the last quarter of 2006, they have yet to come out with their own line of Pocket Pc Phones!

HTC bought 60% stock of Qtek (Europe) and Dopod (Asia) so subsequently Qtek has been rebranded to HTC for European market with the exception for France where Qtek came to be while Dopod remains the same for Asian market.
