Holiday Gym and Spa (to renew or not to renew my membership)

Hi Everyone i just would like to solicit your feedback with regard to Holiday Gym and Spa . I am currently enrolled in that gym and i'm considering other gym options once my gym membership expires (which would approximately be 2 weeks from now)

If i don't renew my membership I'm actually considering Fitness First ( they have been calling me non stop to the point that it has become a bit annoying already ) or CitiGym.

Your comments and insights will highly be appreciated
