Saturated na jd na ni business, but not in every place. Kung si TS pa pasultion, 2 competitors lang naa sa ila, then naay daghang taw. So dili pa kaau. Gawas ug tag 100 units na ilaha, then atras nalang. But kung 10 below, kaya ra kau na nimo TS. Go for it! LOL!

Naa sad ko ani nga business 1 yr ago, 4 competitors, with 10-15 units, akoa kay 8 ra. But pirming puno, ilaha dili. Daghan kau factors na moanha ang customers nimo. Connection, PC, etc. Sa akoa, kusog jd akong connection, but naa sad ko ka kopetensya na kusog. But so far, diri jd sila namo. akong gibuhat kay updated lang jd ko sa games, PC is well maintained, comfortable ang environment, dili aircon ha, air-laps! LOL... lapos lapos hagin, baligya ko ug snaks, pwede ra sila mo kaon sa sulod, ug most of all FRIENDLY ug GAMER ang tig bantay. LOL

But ni balhin nami ug balay, so close nalang sa. We have target na ig ka May mag open ko sa among place, naa sad 2 competitors diri, but let's see where this venture takes us.. hehehe

In my opinion kaning negosyoha depende ra gyud ni sa location and ug pag dala sa business. but eventually it's only good for 2-3 years time frame. Milagro lang to amo sa una ni abot og 4 years. Daghan competitors og other factors nga maka labad sa ulo. pero kung ganahan gyud ka... go for it! hehehe.

magkatawa man ko sa ubang comment.. Let me tell you something TS.. business is a big gamble.. naay panahon ginansya naa say uban igo2x ra.. unya naa say usahay pamugas .. sa akoang experience naa koy 16 ka units akong gipang outsource.. naay lugar nga hinay naa puy kusog..

My thoughts? try lang wala bitay mawagtang kung imong sulayan.. 7 minutes? been there naa man gani koy kaila mo dive into 10 minutes per 1 peso.. mao lang jud ni imong i consider sa imong business good connection, good specs/dli laggy/ kusog ang fps(Crossfire), dapat friendly jud ka sa imong costumers(ayaw lang palabi kay moabosar) ... Confident man kaha ka nga makaya nimo ang imong competensya?...

if you can beat the existing competitors, and new competitors that will open and dive their prices, then go ahead. but if you do not have an answer on how to get an edge over your competitors, better think about it now than be sorry later. some posts here encourage you to pursue your business, but without proper planning, your business will just dissolve.

Hello. Well, I am not an internet cafe owner pero naa koy mga ginagmay na experience lang sa internet cafe because of working experience na sad as attendant. I suggest, TS, that don't focus mostly sa hulog-hulog piso. Yep, I do agree that the system is effective because this will give a fair and square time for the customer to use the computer. But I guess, ang shortcoming lang ani siguro is seen on some scenarios, for example, the computer didn't work out and the customer needs to be transfer to another computer/unit. Also, when you need to shut down the computer (for power saving purposes) though, sayon ra pag-memorize saon pag-shut down through keyboard, but the thing is, na-shut down ba jud or na-restart lang. I suggest also to have focus on some other services like printing and scanning (though mahal ni, but buy 3-in-1 printer) Also, photocopy, if possible. Another thing, try to sell educational supplies in your internet cafe as extra-income since the cafe you planned is near an Elementary and High School.
