ni mahal naman ang visibility sa globe karon...
just came from globe nya 3,000 na ang monthly then if mo exceed ka ug 5GB nga download monthly naa nasad additional charge for every KB nga downloaded. nya naa pa jud 5,000 nga deposit for the PCMCIA / Datacard then ang contract lock up ug 2 years.

while ang PLDT is deposit ug 5,000 for the PCMCIA Card then 1,700+vat/month ang 3G nga plan unlimited then naa prepaid bayad ka 11,000 for the kit then naa free 3months nga 3G connection then buy ka load nga tag 1,120 sa smart pero 2G ra imo cinnection.

i'm planning to buy an aircard sa gawas which is 3.5G capable panagana if mo upgrade ang providers then kuha lang ko sim sa smart nga prepaid kay Php 10/ 30 mins (at 3G speed)nga gamit so for me its probably cheaper for me.

    Hi,
We've just launch our new Globe Visibility Prepaid Kit last week.

    - No Monthly Fees
    - Free 1.5 hours, just pay P5 for every 15mins excess.
    - USB Modem and SIM at P3,800
    - 1 year warranty
    - Globe settings are all pre-set! So all you need to do is plug and play the USB Modem.
    - All of Globe's 3G sites are HSDPA-ready. In the event of structural or hardware limitations, other connections such as EDGE or GPRS may be chosen, but preferred setting is 3G & HSDPA.

My friend has the globe prepaid one. And I'm telling you its not worth it! We are in the heart of the city and even friendster won't load. It's completely useless, plus it disconnects every 10~30seconds. Sometimes you get lucky, you get like 512kbps connection. But most of the time its only around 100~200kbps. btw my friends selling his prepaid kit, just to get rid of it. We are in Cagayan De Oro city.
