Sir, good day, nabasahan nako na wala pa ma-turn over imu unit, so basically, bare pa ang sulod ani. big or small,you can always consult an architect/ interior designer for this, pero kung ganahan ka ikaw2x lang, browse2x lang sa internet regarding sa gusto nimu nga mood sa imu balay, daugon ra jud na sa pintal and accessories, pero kinahanglan bagay pud sa imu gipamutang na furnitures, then ang furnitures dapat bagay rapud sa size sa imu balay. regarding color schemes, pagduwa lang maximum of 3 colors, try to search complimentary colors and split complementary colors. if serious jud ka sa look sa imu balay, you can modify the interior sa imu balay, basically, in-ana nga type sa unit, kasagaran mahilabtan na di kaayo dako ug gasto kay ang ceiling and walls. for ceilings, you can have drop ceilings then sa walls, you can have built up walls, para naa kay layering sa imu wall para dili boring tan-awn. There are lot of ways pagpanindot sa balay, duol lang jud ug design professional, tell them what you want and they will interpret your design suited for your needs.

New house ideas would depend on your architect. better find a good architect..

To buy cheaper materials, dapat mag canvass jud. Try, Cebubionic, Atlantic, Central Lumber, etc..

Contractor, should have methods in creating a good structure. Unlike what we've experienced karon. Butangan nila'g cemento tibuok ang wall, unya silsilan nalang pagkahuman para sa mga Outlets, etc. nga maka-hurot og oras, kalas og cemento pud, usik kwarta.

Sa among gipa-construct ron, it's a commercial establishment. Based on contract, November 30, 2011 dapat mahuman, but hantud ron, March 7, 2012, wa pa mahuman jud ang office namu. here's the living area sa house. notice na daghan kaau og windows?

mao na ako giplano sa una before renovation pa lang na dapat daghan kaau og windows sa house aron lahos2x ang hangin. then at least di gasto sa electricity ky hayag kaau sa sulod. natural light.

ang concrete slab sa taas is wavy in pattern (with the lighting)
ang gigamit ana is ang karaan na roof (sin) na gibungkag aron maoy mag sawo sa concrete mao na ingon ana ang pattern.
wala naman jud budget kung plywood gamiton aron ma straight lang ang concrete slab. so at least naay creativity gamay. hehehe
