the bible is a good/noble thing to begin with...without it medyo chaotic tayo ngayon. the point is i dont trust the bible today...tru time nagdidisentigrate ang meanings and i believe got lost in translation...for me

bat ko nasabi...example, i tell you a joke....if you tell ds joke to another one it will lose its form one way or the other, pede mong dagdagan, make it more juicy. and do the math, frien will tell his other and other until overtime, it will lose its meaning.

bat ko nasabi...alot of practices na makikita natin walang basis galing sa bibliya...so to speak hundreds of years ago...culture,beliefs,tradition, are mabibigat na elements. bibigay at bibigay talaga ang isa...may mapuputol na tradisyon or the bible changes to incorporate such...in doing so dito nanggagaling mga debates...or what i believe so.

kaya ko inemphasize that spirituality is not religion...

spirituality is your individual representation/interpretation or understanding of your Goddisregarding your religion your religion

bakit ko masabing religion divides people...

bakit mahirap makisama sa isang cristyano sa isang muslim and vice versa...religion. although iisang God lang iba ibang pangalan...iisang God ibaibang persona...this is what i mean.

kung sabihin mong hind...eh di wala sanang mga debadebate di ba??

if you want to say it that way...that since majority of europe converted they unite... but at what cost...blood. always was.

have we ever thought of a world without religion? wouldnt it be more bloodier?

why cant you accept that religion is just a brand...and it does separate people. in a way perhaps
because it is reductionist to do so. ive already mentioned why religion could be merely a brand, it is something more complex than that.

what is the opium of the people?? religion di ba, according to marx. oh yes, but that depends on how you interpreted Marx on why he said Religion was the opiate of the masses and i guess it has nothing much to do about violence, rather indifference and apathy towards justice, and a devil-make-care attitude towards the current exploitation of the proletariat by the bourgeoisie.

spirituality is your individual representation/interpretation or understanding of your Goddisregarding your religion your religion

but then again, Religion could mean to relate, a relationship towards the Divine or Ultimate Reality or to something like that, it could be individualistic or collective, so theres actually no difference dba? ang problema ngayon e kung papaano ba talaga natin ma-separate ang spirituality at religion sa isat isa kung ang isang perspective o kaya nga ang isang kahulugan ng relihiyon na nka base sa kanyang etymolohiya ay umaangkop sa ini-imply mong kahulugan sa Spirituality nga "to relate" or ang relasyong sa "ako" o sarili sa 'maykapal' or Ultimate Reality, for the lack of better term, ? 'Di ba natin pwede masabi na ang konsepto ng Spirituality ay bahagyang kasali sa malawakang at komplikadong konsepto ng Relihiyon at hindi talaga to 'sang hiwalay na konsepto gaya nang ipnipahiwtig mo?

blindly...or speculate. thats where spirituality lies. or Reason.

politics and religion should not mix at least thats what i think...take a look at our country...taenesss noh well yeh thats true. but with exceptions...

    i see your point...

however, i've read somewhere that religion raw was established to promote order and control. shich is close, pero ang premise is that the God was reffered here as a heavenly creature/literally from space...

in order to have control raw over the subjects which is us, they had to inflict fear....in the form =religion. more points to ponder eh effective nman, may sense din...

sa spirituality kasi, for my opinion is how you recieve the facts shoved in your face. sa bible ba, preacher, and other sources. kasi may utak tayo eh...ginagamit ito to critically think and analyze subjects such as this...kasali na ang emotional aspect...utak din yan not the heart. hehe you compare your knowledge about the almighty and base it on the standards ng religion. kaya masabi mong iisa lang sila, bakit sa religion lang, ang dami eh kaya nga ang spirituality ng tao is different from another...kahit na parehas man ang religion nyu

pede ka namang mkarelate kay God tru your religion..."kaya lang is your religion really what suits your spirituality. pede ka namang pareho ng iba na "obey blindly" blind obedience...pero for me, whats the purpose of your brain? di ba.,
masabi ko iba sya sa religion na parang brand lang ay dahil collective standards/beliefs kung baga. religion kasi na influensyahan na yan ng cultura at tradisyon and vice versa. is it not?

bakit di makatugma/separates people...mga standards, beliefs, protocols ng religion differs from 1 to another eh
    and that what separates us...

kaya nga simple ang premise ko eh...that there is a higher being (1) we call him/her in different names God, Allah, (alien?)

    thats just my opinion anyway

Make no mistake, RELIGION does not save you! SPIRITUALITY does... I agree that religion separates people from one thing close. I've seen so many spiritual experts and they can give you much understanding about your outlook in life.

politics and religion should not mix at least thats what i think...take a look at our country...
Correct! mao nga there is separation between the two entity because POLITICS in general understanding is too dirty and corrupt ang RELIGION naa sai corrupt but not to the extent nga ang religion itself is corrupt.

20 And he saith unto them, Whose is this image and superscription?
21 They say unto him, Caesar's. Then saith he unto them, Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's; and unto God the things that are God's.

That's not you talking brod. You just pick the bible's description. The question is, can you explain it in your words the difference between Spirituality and Religion? The Bible as I have said on my other posts, that it has full of riddles, puzzles, and loopholes. If we keep on preaching what the book says, you don't get the meaning of what the Bible is telling you. Don't you ever know that God and Jesus Christ gave us "thought provoking process"? - meaning, "I gave you my word, think what you have to do...". Mao nga, we have "will" to make our own decsions, commitments, and understanding. Example, you can talk like me, you can walk like me, but you can't think like me." Try not read the bible as if you read like there are no meaning or explanation because there is no end to it. The key word is UNDERSTAND what you read not read alone. Peace brod!

Why should I make my own explaination.
My own mind and understanding is worthless because it will vary and change from time to time. I just believed in the bible and that's it.
Let God guide us so that we wont be astray.

    Peace!
