its not necessary to smoke but the smokers think it is necessary because it is part of their habit and lifestyle..my late grandfather before who was a chain smoker ,he tried to stop it slowly but instead of invigorating his body, he became weak so he came back smoking and was healthy till he died.God bless his soul..
