    HAAHAAHHAHAHAA

hang on, let me finish laughing.

    Hahahaha.

Ok im done. This is a multi-sided story.

First is Ayala being too butthurt about meetups in their malls. Boo hoo Ayala, that's too much overreaction (oh god how did those words fit in that sentence). Asking these people to leave and confiscate the items seems understandable because in the first place, they are in their private property. But threatening people? that's too low.

Secondly, as aforementioned, as you enter the mall, remember that you are entering private property. You as a mall-goer have no such thing as RIGHTS, only privileges. When I read the facebook page, I cringed when the page starter had to start mentioning rights. Nobody is entitled to enter their property unless you're an employee, a corporate bastard, or a tenant.

Third, I am very dubious of this news. I cannot see the authenticity of this and can't help but paint "ITS A CONSPIRACY!" or "URBAN LEGEND!" all over it. When the facebook page mentioned "ayala said it's illegal", I seem to not understand who's the bad guy here. If you are Ayala, you should be very careful of what you label as illegal because illegal means "NOT ACCEPTABLE IN THE CONSTITUTION OF THE COUNTRY". That would be like Ayala declaring themselves the Communist Piece of Land of Ayala!

Or the facebook page is bringing wrong, dangerous info.

Nobody can also confirm the authenticity of the said prohibition.

Fourth, If you happen to be the victim after the incident, would you:

A.) Take note of the names and the department of the offenders. Report to the cops for possible charges of harassment (I would count Ayala taking pictures of you as harassment especially if its a mugshot ) and Ayala taking ownership of your things. Even if this is an irony to my first point, you can have the court or the cops decide that you get your belongings back because, they are yours!

B.) Talk to media outlets. Smear their stupid prohibition over radio or on TV. This seems to be the best way to get the word out but not a single thing from this incident reached to my ears.

C.) Bitch about it on facebook.

Seems like the victim took the latter.

I do not have a problem with online shopping or the meetups. Hell, I do online shopping and meetups too! But why are you so bothered about Ayala? I've only traded once in Ayala and that was it, never had another location because it was the closest one to both parties. We could have picked somewhere else and not think about it.

basin duna nay complaints like a victim of a crime nga niadto sa ilang office mao na gi-prohibit ang meet-ups..whatever their reason is it must be for the common good. unless naa silay gitagong hocus pokus

This is just a dumb policy.

Some people who meet up at malls do their shopping there at the same time. Some people decide to meet at malls to save a trip or perhaps run an errand after a meet up. So the argument that "other boutiques are paying rent inside the mall" is moot.

not sure about this, but what is the definition of meet ups? i believe there are a lot of transactions and business contracts that get closed inside restaurants and coffee shops.

i don't think ayala will do such things, kung naa nabiktima, kuhaa lang ninyo ang name sa secuity personnel and report it to top management sa ayala, in writing ug sa police. basin binuang ra pud ni sa uban nilang personnel or maybe naa lang sad gidaut lang nila ang ayala by spreading this rumors.

kadaghan naman ko naay kameet na clinet sa yala pero wala man ni mahitabo nga naay nisita or nithreaten nako.
