ako donate nko blood more than 3times its a nice feeling after kay filling nimo gaan kaau imo lawas and mura free nka gamay ug toxic sa lawas. and the good thing kay gi donate nko sa red cross w/c in return if ikaw na mag need og blood mo hatag sad cla. for free.
