Maybe, pero dli jud na parehas sa i5 or lalo na sa i7 na quadcore jud. Anyway there are those kind of laptops prices in exchange of hardware qualities. Like they would heat up and they reduce it's performance in long term basis. This kind of HP model tree class is quality made. Infact if you were to watch movies or tv series lately, you would definitely see these kind of laptop hp models being used as much as you would see Apples. As I've said this will never heat up. Classy Design Casing, Excellent Battery , High Performance. It's really different if you would see it in actual and experience it I tell you.

If you are taking i5 or perhaps i7 into account, a hardcore gaming laptop, it would costs atleast 35k to as much as 90k, maybe higher. Any less than that would depict a desperate seller that needs cash asap. Take note: Any less than 30k is a hardcore gaming "desktop" not laptop

Never the less, different brand in laptops have different prices. Especially those that are known.
Why do you think alienware laptop costs so much more? when the specs are even lower?

Cuz 1.) Materials being used are quality.
2.) You are buying the name.
3.) They look so cool.
4.) Or whatever reasons it offers.
