any feedbacks sa Globe Torque? What can you recommend guys? Globe Torque 10mbps or PLDT DSL 10mbps? asa mas better and reliable technology? Currently using Globe 3mbps connection, not stable though,,, only getting 2.0 most of the time... not even 80 percent of the download speed...
