Do not compare PGMA with ERAP with reagrds to Due Process that you were saying...Erap was not given due process he deserve as what you are claiming...why?...Any accused should have the right to defend himself/herself in front of a judicial process, and Erap was not given this opportunity instead after the majority have voted to not open that brown envelope then they proceed to EDSA for a proclamation of PGMA...I am not with ERAP(of course not) and like you I am with the idea of having due process for PGMA(maybe this time she will not wait for two to three weeks to speak out) co'z I believe that those who commited such Immoral acts should be punishable by law like Erap or any other ordinary citizen...And so she must be interogated for her to tell the truth and if proven guilty then should be liable of any punishment....
