I've heard this news not only Iligan but Cagayan de Oro as well, unexpected tragedy. They were not prepared for this. The affected provinces are now declared on "State of Calamity". Casualties are rising and some others missing. It looks like a tsunami aftermath. Let's pray for the victims. Very unlucky that Christmas time is merely near.

Karon pa nibalik akong internet kay ako source amo silingan nasa chest level ang tubig ganina. I haven't experienced like this for almost 30 years of my life here in iligan. It's UTTER DEVASTATION. Daghan ko nakita dead bodies ganina sa highway gikarga sa mobile patrol and military trucks.

For a province in Northern Mindanao area that is traditionally known as typhoon free city, who would expect? Grabe it was a total disaster..
