u need to download a torrent client (ex. uTorrent)...
ang na-download nimo na torrent files kay i.open ra sa imo torrent client application..
in how torrent works jz try to see the wikipedia site..

bai. uhm. i'll try to exxlain it the way i understand it ha. it might be wrong, so please don't murder me.

ang kana imong *.torrent file kay imo na siyang i-open using a torrent client. i personally use uTorrent. ang kana imong .torrent file kay ga hold na siya ug info sa kung where niya ma kuha ang files. it's not the actual file that you want to download. ang uTorrent, kay mao na siya ang mu contact atong mga location nga naka store sa imong torrent file.

for downloading torrent files, just go to http://********.org or http://torrentspy.com among others.
