Buffet = type of serving food
Eat all you can = product/service

Basta para nako ang buffet kay style na siya of serving food usually during parties wherein a table is filled with food and people can go serve themselves or fill their plates. In most parties eat-all-you-can jud na kay usahay mag take home paman gani ta, unless giheld siya somewhere nya counted/limited ra ang iserve nga food per person or naa sad tay gitawag nga 1-round buffet w/c means kausa raka pwede mukuha food sa table -- usahay naa pajud waiter nga tig takos sa food to make sure nga dili ka magpasobra og kuha

Eat-all-you-can for me is a type of product which is the food itself but there's no packaging or limit, fixed imong bayaran nga price and you can eat all kutob sa imong makaya. Most eat-all-you-can are in buffet style but not all. So like I said about buffet, it's where people can get food from the table and making it "eat-all-you-can" makes it possible for u to fill your plate again.

Some eat-all-you-can are specific and not in buffet style.
Example ani kay eat-all-you-can noodles wherein after nimu makahurot magrequest pakag another bowl nya iserve ra sa waiter, pwede gihapon balik2x--dili ikaw ang mukuha from the pot or kung asa nila gibutang ang noodles.

so conclusion nako: Not all buffets are eat-all-you-can and not all eat-all-you-can are in buffet style.
