    i think i learned from my experience in opening a "kan-anan" is to know your market first. Know their behavior, budget and preference.

    I opened a siomai kan-anan in a province in the far south. The location is prime, but the market have a different behavior, different budget and preference than the people that live nearer the city and with in the city. So I did not make much in the first few months, but now it's steadily making progress.

    Mao ako market kay mga students or office workers...

    Naa ko miga ngtukod imnanan in a northern province here in cebu... Lahi ra ang pricing didto and fortunately...Daghan man pud magtagay didto... along the highway ra iya imnanan... nakatagay2 man pud mi didto sa ako mga barkada...

    Ako Target kay sa Tisa na space... Pero pirmi lang ko maunhan sa pwesto... Mahal2 pud bya ang rent... mga 18k per month...

    Naa ka nabaw.an nindot space boss?

    di xa building.. tindahan ra jud xa.. kana bitaw mga naglinya na tindahan daplin sa dalan dha sa may siomayan sa tisa... dha... right side na xa... going to tisa... atbang anang siomai sa tisa...
