yes bossing.. epektibo sha... (i guess all tools by sysinternals are very effective)
unsa gamit nimo na recovery software diay?... try daw if makarecover ba...

What I do is encrypt it and dump it on another PC sa internet cafe. I also use the regular deletion through recycle bin but the files are still encrypted. Good luck nalang sa mag recover sa files if ma open nila.
