i always avoid coffee or any carbonated drinks ig gabie ana..mu drink rako ana during rd nako. then ayaw sleep sa office sad kai d naka kasleep ana..
Naka experience ko 10P shift for more than 2 years straight. Naluoy ko sa akong health, as much as possible adjust ko normal sleep cycle during day-off (2 days a week).
Makatulog man dayon ko when i get home. The only problem is that i cannot sleep straight, putol-putol jud ako tulog.
In my experience, naka adjust ra ako body na automatic mka feel ko sleepiness between 6:45AM till 8:30AM only. Mao na akon window of opportunity. Pero the moment mulagpas kos 9:00am then tukar na akon insomnia..
Sa imo room, dapat e simulate nimo ang nightime environment. Use dark curtains and A/C if possible. Avoid noisy environment if malikayan..
