seriously, i admire how south korea has developed as a nation. it took strong governance the values of which permeated the culture...as in mo tangkilik man jud koreans sa ilang produkto...they manufacture their own cars etc. and Japan--the value of timeliness became part of the culture because it was a leader's call. i guess ours is just a weak government...no strong governance at all tsk tsk.
