Mobo builtin LAN broken pin?

warranty paman kaha na... not sure if ila e owner ang ingon ana na defect...try lang

@Siopao: Boss never jud na nabira ang chassis boss kay ang setting sa balay gud naa ko sa edge since pag buy ana na PC then di pud na cya ma agian ug tao kay naa ko sa luyo jud. Also ako hinoon gi tang2x kadtong nag set ko sa router a while ago but I don't think dali ma damage ang ethernet port sir.

My question is: Can I consider this as factory defect? also ma warranty pa diay ang physical damage?

Actually I just won this mobo from ASUS this year then the coordinator has resigned already and I don't have any receipt coz dinaug rani then don't have any proof of purchased.

What can you suggest? it will greatly appreciated. Thanks

With regards sa warranty bisan imu rana Prize. it carries 3 years warranty. No Receipt? Serial number based. You can PM me the Serial number of the Mobo. I'll PM you back the screenshot of the warranty info to prove that it carries 3yrs warranty from manufacturing date. I used to have a login in the database when creating RMAs but its read only for me now.lol Not sure about the broken lan card pin though if its covered.. is your lan card working still?

Well to clarify this...I don't know if this is factory defect whatever but sa ka dugay na nako ug use ug maski unsa na PC never ko naka experience ani na issue. Maski imo pana kuhaon2x o bali balihon pana di manjud na ma bali ka dali? Also this mobo is not that cheap medyo pricey although not the latest sandy but still works great for me.

@Siopao: Boss salamat sa imong effort ug suggestion. I will try to contact ASUS for this but do you think this can be replaced ASAP? or right away? especially sa banbros if ako dalaon didto pwede man cguro sila mo shoulder ani since they're asus service center.

@lingaw: Thanks bro but can you provide me how would I be able to do the RMA? So how possible is that I hope to get a direct replacement as well coz I have so many works and projects to be done. Sure I will let you know about my serial when I get back home. LAN CARD broken pin issue? I think this is factory defect not my fault! and about the builtin lancard? Im not using it anymore I got a spare PCI Lan card and thats what I'm using now for a while? but I could not imagine how it does happen easily. ^^^ where did that mobo come from? A reseller or Directly from asus. If from reseller I suggest you coordinate with whoever purchased it, that's if you are still in contact with that person by any chance.. If this does not apply, you can call Asus PH directly and check how and where you can send your mobo in.. got this number off their website.

@Charle101: Yup bro that's what I believed it was factory defect. I have lots of old mobos here sa cafe grabe ibot2x ang lan balhin didto balhin diri pero maski usa wala koy naguba na lan mao wonder ko kaayo. Anyway..thanks.

If naa pa ka'y libre nga PCI slot, mas menos hasol seguro if palit na lang ka new LAN card. Barato ra man na karon.
