That is what happened to the congressmen... THEY DIDN'T invite the SOVEREIGN FILIPINO PEOPLE.... They wanted to change the constitution WITHOUT consulting the PEOPLE...

That is what is WRONG with those self-serving congressmen..... AFRAID that the people will NOT like their CON-ASS so they refused to HEAR the people....

So who is abusing and disrespectful?

THis is a free country..... It only shows That the congressmen will invite only those who are bias to them..... LOOKS like a DICTATORSHIP to me.... Where the opposers are SILENCED and UNIVITED...

Ha-ha-ha-ha....

Plebiscite is not the true peoples participation. Its lutong makaw with Yes winning because of the money that will be poured in and the pressure by local politicians on their constituencies.

O bitaw kay ang inyong gusto nga armed struggle man di ba? so nganong mag interest pa man mo parte ug plebisito nga wa man diay gihapon pulos ang eleksyon next year. Mao nga lisod mo tuhu-an kay ipa-agi ninyo ug dula limay alas. Well cguro ikalima sa inyong alas si Joma Sison.

Whenever you propose a change you ask the people........... its the WILL of the PEOPLE.........

Any BILLS you propose you ask for the ones that are AFFECTED..........

EXample Expanded VAT.... CONgress INVITED businessmen and ordinary people....

WHY did they not do THE SAME?

Because THE CONGRESSMEN had SELF-SERVING interest which will be EXPOSED and DISAPPROVED by the PEOPLE...

So don't TELL me about PLEBISCITE...

Because in any BILLS or PROPOSALs for a change in constitution.... THERE IS ALWAYS A PUBLIC HEARING...

Ikaw BUdmendz.... APIL ka SA MGA TAO GANAHAN ug SHORT CUT.... HASTE makes WASTE...

That is WHAT congress DID... RAILROADING without asking the SOVEREIGN FILIPINO PEOPLE............

SABTA.... Follow the process..... Don't short cut it..... HASTE makes WASTE...

Ngano sa SUGBUAK..... Nag hearing pa man? niya ngano ni adto to Gov. Garcia sa manila?

SABTA... dili ra militante.... EVERY Filipino has the right to BE HEARD.... and Its the WILL of the PEOPLE that should be followed....
