my suggestion for this is the city council or provincial board should pa sa resolution requiring all malls shopping center\arcade and the likes to skywalk\overpass for pedestrians in their immediate vicinity to somehow decongest traffic and specially from pedestrians crossing going to and from those establishments

coz aside from vehicles, crossing pedestrians are the number one cause of traffics along those areas
and for pedestrians to be safe also

Tama ka bai..dapat i-required jud unta na for the benefit ra pd sa ilang mga customers, like anang SM Consolacion, hope ma realize sa SM na magbutang ug safety passage para sa mga customers kay kusog ra ba managan mga sakyanan dha dapita labi na nang rota para Danao, hasta pd nang sa Pacific Mall nga halos dili kalabang kay tungod no stopping mga jep.

Kilid ra ni sa dalan bai, kana bitawng Hermag Village? dha dapita, ang Bridgetown didto dapit Highland na factory, daplin cya sa dalan but not good for Mall development ang area, IMO.
