That ain't gonna happen. First of all, it takes a LOOOONG time for people to regain confidence once it has been shattered. If there is a long standing stigma of the Philippines of ALWAYS being a corrupt country, who's gonna want to deal with that? Certainly not businessmen who don't want to waste unnecessary funding for "greasing the wheels"...

i dont think it should matter whether who rightfully won during the 2004 election, if someone cheated even then they should be held accountable. Even if they did won. Cheating is still cheating. Just like in an exam, even if you cheated in just one question out of 20 or hundred question, it wont make it right.

So what if FPJ is dead, that does not make cheating in the election legal or does it? LOL.
