To any father u need to protect ur family safety, the reason way he put up those barrier is to slow down all vehicles passing on that area, the misunderstanding there that he didn't ask for advice to the president of that subdivision, u know how little pride probably most politician we have now, then they use all there power to make other people down and vow..... for me these is the biggest shame for all cebuanos having these type of people governing our country and treating foreign individual like a second class people. How about normal cebuanos who can't afford any lawyers, of course as usual action putting justice on their hands.....I hope that father will assert his right and bring equal justice. I hope that his right to a peaceful community will be restore and protected by every community......
