yep in favor. however, they should find out first if the child is only forced by an adult. because if he is then the adult should be tried as well. ang uban gud nga bata gipugos ra sa ilang ginikanan or ubang taw nga ga daog2x nila. sa ka-bata nila, they have no choice but to follow what the adults commanded them to do. and these kids should be protected and taken into custody by the DSWD.
