@all: I know google is the best way to learn and to search but assuming the @TS doesn't have any technical knowledge and want an instant answer? dba? thats what I'm telling you all...I know this is very basic to all you guyz but just think about the TS concern maybe he just want a good answers from all of us.

I preferred to answer it in good manner anyway rather than telling him a selfish answer.
