AFAIK, naa ni sa Buddhism. Even wiccans do this, I guess. Dili ni anime anime ra. I personally don't do this, but I want to learn more about it.

mutuo kog chakra and the chakra points..i think it is being taught in some martial arts....if you know the chakra points, you can actually determine the enemy's weak point thus causing defeat. d xa kelangan ug aura2x sama ni naruto ug gokou. hehehe...
