try to look inside your PSU, basin nangaburot na nang mga capacitors sa sud ana. Same thing happened to my PC. gi-ilisan lang nako bago nga PSU with higher wattage and its working fine now. Good luck.

sa psu na bro, it could be dili na mo function ug maayo ang imong psu... naay depekto nga parts ana... it could be capacitors, diode... mao gyod na ang mahitabo kung mag malfunction na ang PSU... dili naman gud sakto ang ihatag niya nga voltage padulong ngadto sa motherboard and other peripheral sa computers, like hard disk... so mag hang gyod na bro..
