wearing it on the shoulder is fine actually. But if someone tries to snatch ur bag, it's really easy to get.

But if its worn across ur chest like that, no matter what the snatcher does, he'll be pulling u along WITH ur bag if he tries to grab it, unless the strap breaks ofcourse.

Some bags are just meant to be carried that way, it makes them a lot easier to carry; and kung medyo loose ang style sa blouse ma secure sad ang blouse. I used to have a boyfriend before who wouldn't let me do that because it emphasizes the breasts daw. I don't think girls think too much on it, though.
