I want to ask if it's safe to shift gear (2nd or 3rd) while the car is running in neutral. Dli sya downhill but kanang gamay ra vehicles sa road and gikan ka 4th gear then hapit nka abot sa stop light or stopping point.

It seems mag lisod ko ug sulod sa 3rd gear. Naay murag mo sangit. Dli smooth. What could be the problem?

if you got it pre-owned.. there's trouble in our transmission or gearbox...have it checked. shifting gears should be smooth.

or kon di kabisado, consider your speed. consider the right speed when down shifting. Kay basin nag 60-80kph ka, unya pasulod nimo ug 2nd gear.

it is not safe to run a car at neutral- patag man or downhill. nagsalig lang ka sa imo brake. if there is a brake system failure, mohunong man tuod ka pero sa llikod sa ubang sakyanan.

running in neutral does not save you gas. parehas ra na sa engaged imo kambyo then gibuhian nimo accelarator. naka close ang imo carb/throttle pero ang makina gaandar tungod lang sa inertia.
