all units come with a 10-day warranty (thats how long ill be in cebu for) and should anything go wrong with the phone, 100% refund will be offered, given that the phone is in the same state as it was when purchased, and not altered in any way (hardware or software), and absolutely NO physical damage. if you tried to restore/jailbreak/update/root the phone and somehow failed, no warranty is offered. if you dropped the phone and it is scratched, no warranty is offered. if you tried to open the phone to see the inside of it or for whatever reason, no warranty will be offered. if u think the phone was defective and u try to fix it yourself and altered it in any way, no warranty will be offered... refunds/exchanges/returns is acceptable within 3 days, no questions asked, given that the phone is in the same condition as it was when you took it.
