    Normal rna bro nga mo down to 11 point something ang 12V source sa PSU. In your case hapit nka mo abot sa maximum load. Try daw direct sa wall outlet kung mo hang up pa bah... do not use AVR or UPS.. If mao ra gihapon upgrade your PSU.

    @explode - grabi raman cguro na ka gamay 300watts for that setup...

    Anyways, I'll wait for the reply of Fineupgrades kung unsa ang policy nila about ani.

    normal ra na. still within the 5% tolerance ang imo changes. test with a fast-acting voltmeter to be sure.

    Not sure for that specific model you have but 11.7xx is just way too low, usually sa mga silverstone 12.15~12.22v ang idle voltage and it drops to 11.94~11.97 when loaded (DDM measurements)

    Have it checked sa FU sila may authorized ana maka compare sad sila sa uban units if parihas bag voltage reading.

    Nuon its with in the 5% spec which is at 11.4 pero still morag ubos ra, maybe ana lang jud na nga model.

    test it with VOM nalang para sure, ayaw nang software monitoring kai inaccurate na. if it reads out 11.3 below or 12.7 above at any condition, have it replace... else i dont think they will honor replacement if its still within tolerance. upgrade nalang jd ka psu to accomodate your powerhungry rig

    Forgot the serial, but this is the v1.1 of the ST50F-es. Di ko sure normal bani or dili but 3 months from shop and 2 months of actual usage and occassional fluctuations while the system is idle.

    btw dili fluctuations kung mag game ko, mu go down to 11.7** cya ang stick there while the gpu is active regardless of load whether 50%-99% gpu load, gi try nako with different kinds of games. mu down gyud to 11.7**.

    @werty - di man cguro ka abot sa 500w powerload ang setup nako, even on gaming the whole system doesn't even reach 100% of capacity (which is around 400w or less since stock setting rani tanan ang setup), ang gpu caps only at 190watts at 100% or less (reference and stock model of 560 ti).

    sir within tolerance gihapon na 11.7 loaded or not. test with VOM aron sure

    then about sa load, tinuod imo system d kaabot 400watts, during load but there is something called "stress" and putting an electronic at continued stress mode sometimes will give abnormal conditions. we can only assume man ang actual DC load tru using "power supply calculator" or something but the results only show us possible continuous load and not the peak values or the how many times it has gone to peak values. mao btaw ni reason most PSU has a sweet spot if they are about 50-60% load ra.

    layman-terms ra ni ako ha, i hope dali ra masabtan...

    @werty - yup, I'm waiting for fineupgrades reply lang if unsa ang policy nila about this. If they say this is normal for these kind of units then ok. I'm just making sure lang kaysa mag huwat ko mu suicide ang psu like what happened with my system before that took out the gpu and mobo along with it. :/

    I'll look for a VOM sad for manual testing.

    @TS:

    Here's what SilverStone said:

    For power supplies, our warranty does not account for software readings as they are inaccurate. Furthermore, the ST50F-ES is rated for ±5% voltage regulation (this is Intel and industry standard for ATX PSUs), not ±3% as in our higher-end models.

    However, if the client is experiencing instability on his PC (hang-up, sudden reboot, etc.) due to low voltage or voltage fluctuation, then have the PSU replaced (RMA).
