Fractional reserve ang pa agi, if naay depositor, ang bank mo request ug physical money (deposit x 9) sa central bank, which is approved sa world bank, so in that way, mo daghan ang kuarta.

So equal, balance, unsay pagawas mao say mo sud. So asa man ron gkan ang ubang kuarta?

Kahibaw ka anang kwarta TS, floating, and paper money ra na, wala nay value. the moment you recieved cash in hand, it is already lossing its value.

Mao na TS, dili pud maayo nga imung kwarta imu ra i butang sa balay ug dili nimu ipa toyok2x sa economy.
TS, mu balik pud ka sa Law of Supply And Demand.

Mao na TS, you should invest, buy something that has value. then maka tabang pud na patoyok sa cash sa economy.

naa tay gitawag ug gold reserves, that serve as guarantee for those bills in circulation, so if naay billion worth of bills nga gi print naa sad worth billion gold sa central bank, dat's why ang ilang i print kana ra pod sakto sa gold nga naa nila, kon magpataka ra ug print nya mao lang gihapon ang gold in their position, mogamay ang value sa kwarta...

    hahaha nice ni da.

    inflation ang tubag ana TS.

tan-awa US ron, ga debate pa sila if mo print sila ug another TRILLION dollars.
And most likely they will kay mas matulon pa ang inflation ug heavier debts kaysa mo default sila sa Federal Reserve.

Different scenario.

    reserves/ deposits/ gold /resources = monetary exchange value

fractional reserve system = money x multiplier
