    Unfortunately, there is no such thing as guilty by previous acts ang usa ka tawo. Usual suspect siya pero mao lagi na suspect pa. Meaning i prove sa kun naka commit ba gyud siya ug crime.

    Ma guilty diay ang tawo kung walay trial? Wala nay due process. Di man ko moingon nga inosente sya pero ang burden of proof anha sa mga nag akusar dili sa akusado.

    ^ The burden of proof lies on the prosecution. After all, the accused should be considered innocent until proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt.

    Then again, we should not take for granted the fact that Gringo has always been hiding from justice as far as I can remember. He even tried to abscond but to no avail. At least, the government is now trying its best to enforce justice and end any threat of military unrest.

    .. his arrest is plainly a publicity stunt. Of course if we just judge him by his previous crimes, then for sure he is guilty. But on his current state, it will be a long trial. But back to the publicity stunt, the next revelation he made was he's going to run for Senator using the flaw of the judicial system that anybody can run as long as they're not yet convicted. We can say .. WOW, NICE TIMING DUDE.
