    thanks for the link.

actually people, the new student ID will help ensure the on-campus security of USC. I do not see why you'd have to maintain a P100.00 load to make it valid though.

but USC, being a private college does have the right to implement rules they deem fit for it's students without ANY consultation.

you have to remember guys, that is a private institution, they have the right to implement their own rules, just like one said, if you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen, go to a school where the rules are acceptable to you...

ok ra ko anang new ID

pero sa no long hair ug uniforms, eeerrr...nope!

Y'see artist man gud ko, and from what i noticed, if you let the individual expressed their individuality, mu enhance gyud na iyang pag ka creative.

that's what makes TC so good, coz maka kita ka sa ilang character, the way they look, a symbolism for the diversity of life ba.

also, I don't want people to look uniformly plain. it's also bad for my casting IMO, most of my talents come from the creative people in USC, I don't want people to look almost the same...well that's my practical point of view.

    Its all about the individualism.

Pero think about it sad, pag high-school grabe kaayo ka stricto ang rules, unya pag tungtong nimo ug college mao gihpaon ang rules? laina sad kaayo kay di nata kaagi anang pa long hair ug pa stylish-ness? unya naay ni ingon na rude and unprofessional ang long hair after college.

at least ba, once in our life, maka agi tag expressionism.

pero, what are you gonna do? mao manay gusto sa school..so meh.

Sakto ka bay. Long hair Unsa man ka estudyante ka o istambay? Thats part of the discipline. Long hairs is an expression of non conformity to authority. Thats why is popular to leftist groups and anti-Church elements.

USC is a Catholic school. Its a decent private school. It has the right to impose its own rules and that is part of its ACADEMIC FREEDOM. It merely exercised its right.

It wants to show discipline. If you cant follow, go to UP.

You can express yourself after college. Why? Long hair ra ba gyud ang expressionism.

Kahugaw tanawon anang long hair. Murag way kaligo. Di ganahan ang chicks ana bay. Labaw sa tanan, di ganahan mga tawo nimo, "Unsa man ning bataa kahugaw ba tanawon."

Look cool bay. Certainly, long hair is not cool nowadays.
