i saw a blog about this resort. im not sure if this is true, but if it is.. shame on the resort owner.. tsk!

One particular violator, and a thorn in the side of every Boljoon sanctuary enforcer, is a high-ranking priest from Cebu City who bought property in the area and built his resort, Silver Cliff in front of the sanctuary. Even after the sanctuary's declaration, he violated foreshore laws by building his small jetty within the sanctuary boundaries. He refuses to pay the regular user fee, filed a case against the LGU, and now he pays a small overall fee to the LGU so that his guests can enjoy the Arbor sanctuary water that is right in front of his resort.

was there earlier. sad to say the area is privately owned and is not open for public use daw. well that was what the caretaker told us ganina. I was so upset since we drove all our way from mandaue to boljoon just to see this!

Interesting! They advertised the resort in the tarp then it's not open to the public. Shame on the owner.
