Here's a little that might help you.

    1.Determine the business entity type.
2.If you're a sole proprietorship or partnership then skip the next step (#3).
3.Register with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
    4.Obtain an employer identification number.
5.Register with the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
    6.Satisfy local license requirements.
7.Lastly, you may need to contact other local agencies or boards to get a particular lisence or permit to operate. i.e. Department of acricutlure, Alcoholic beverage control board, Depatrment of Aviation, Dep Ed and some others (which I can't remember).

first of all, asa inyo? lisud man gud pataka mi advice then dili ta pareho ug lugar.

because every city/town lainlain ang unahon. (ambot sad ngano!)

like for example, you must get the mayor's permit first before going to BIR and/DTI.

Naa sad uban unahon ang BIR ug business name.

I suggest para di ka malabaran, get someone who job is to do those stuff... some small accounting and bookkeeping firms do that ... I have done it myself before kapoy magbalik2x... better hire one then ask how it's been done so that the next time inig renew nimo...sayon nalang you can do it yourself na.... gamay ra nuon ka magasto kung mo hire kay plus less the hazzle

mas dali sa Cebu City. Labad ang Lapu-Lapu ug Mandaue sad sa una, amobt lang kaha ron nga si Jonas na ang Mayor.

Anyway, the process is DTI, then City Hall, then BIR and lastly printing press for receipts. BTW, somebody told me kung mas dako imong signboard mas dako sad imong bayad. I don't know if it is true though.
