    tinuod gyud.. gusto sa uban man gud one day lang sila exercise ug diet, gusto nila kita dayon ug results...
    it is not sili nga mohalang dayon... be patient... bisan kuhaan lang nimo ug 500 calories imong eat kada adlaw, dako na kaayo nang tabang..
    and dont skip meals because it will make you so much hunger and craving more food....

    mao gud lisod kaau nagniwang, i tried na gud almost evrything from pills, excise (sometime) & other thing pero kulang lang cguro ko sa desciplina, mao na determination & self-descipline lang gud.

    hmmm.. i don't think it's discipline ang kuwang.. i think it's the motivation.. what drives you to become healtier the reasons.. kai from my experience if highly motivated gud ang tao bisan saon ka lami sa pagkaon dili mo effect nimo..

    tips: if you want to motivate yourself try this
    . ask yourself why you want to be fit, and the answer has to be a little specific and positive
    . if ma abot ka sa imong quota then give yourself a reward if dili then try to figure what went wrong then try again
    . keep track of your progress(i suggest weekly lang)

    i'll look for more tips on motivation to healty then maybe i'll post it as a new thread or here lang
