tinuod gyud.. gusto sa uban man gud one day lang sila exercise ug diet, gusto nila kita dayon ug results...
it is not sili nga mohalang dayon... be patient... bisan kuhaan lang nimo ug 500 calories imong eat kada adlaw, dako na kaayo nang tabang..
and dont skip meals because it will make you so much hunger and craving more food....
