I worked as a part time teacher in my alma mater. I did not use my connections para sip2x sa tag-iya, I go to school kung time na ako klase, then lakaw daun if humana uli balay. I thought it would shield me off from politics sa skul but it wasn't.

I don't want to mingle with the teachers, paplastik, chikka didto chikka dire, I was closed with the students and make sure they learned something about life and hopefully they can be better persons in the future.

After 2 years, I quit since I could not handle the workload nya na jeopardize na ang ako teaching kay fulltime ko homebase.

I worked in school para kakita sad ko og tawo, makamingle og lain2x tawo, etc. but the environment is not really healthy. I stick with what I have now working at home tapping the keyboard of my laptop, direct ko mo storya sa clients lay pa-sip2x and they know how to value my work and appreciate my effort of giving my best to every work I have done.

Up until now I still look at myself what would have been my future if I worked in an office, can I sustain the kind of environment there is...One time I told my mother naa ko classmate na minyo nya wa jud ne work after ne grad nursing until now minyo sya wa jud ne work...Ingon ako mama, kaw naa ka trabaho? Haskang ka dako insulto unsa ka tan-aw nya sa ako gibuhat, mgpuktaw taga-gabie walay tog, 4hrs tog, etc. duwa2x..

Mura man naa japon kuwang sa akoa life if diko mo work og office:c 8,000-20,000php na salary/month kuwangon man di pa jud net less pa other expenses like plete and food.. especially if ako ra ga earn, then minyo ko.

Office politics - think you need to kiss your boss' a** para lang di mataktak pero ka way ayo pud ana na life ui. Kato mga talented jud na di kaau mo-mingle sa boss og co-workers ambot unsa lang future. This is what I really don't like working in an office.. mura ako future ba ga depende sa ako boss dili unsa ko ka maayo.

Work sa TS para naa ka fixed income and then sideline business.. If mo grow moha business and based on your financial statements mabuhi naka sa moha business, resigned in order to focus on your business. If pwede nimo ma handle ang duha aw yaw biya-e moha work at least naa ka sure ball na kwarta monthly bisan na kanse ang kompanya or nakaganinsya ba.

Rampant jud ni issue but think positive lang, sakto ka ang knowledge ug skills ang important, anyway sila ra looy kai wla sila makat-onan sa ila work, when they transfer to another company diha pa sila maka realize sa ila kabu-ang. Do your thing lang, and pray about it.

politics is everywhere. Its either you shape up or ship out. Ana man jud na if naa ka duol sa luwag, dali ra ka ma promote. Naa man pud na advantage, for example akoy owner or top boss tapos naay usa vacant na managerial position, ang ako ibutang diha ang kana jud duol sa ako kasing para dali ra mi magkasinabot.
