-for direct concerns regarding the business, you can't get in contact directly with the franchisor. you just inform the secretary and "good luck" to your concern.
-no free delivery for bulk orders of supplies, you really have to go to their office and get the supplies yourself
-if your equipments become faulty and dies, they're not going to replace it. you have find a replacement. worst case, you have to buy it out from your own pocket.

i had regrets why i choose this company. their franchise fee may be cheaper than the rest but the way they handle the business is just terrible. once you pay the franchisee fee, then that's it. you're on your own.

hope this serves as a warning to those who will get a foodcart franchise from them.

and to those who also had the same 'not so good experience' with this company, share lang ninyo diri.

    daghang salamat.
review your franchise agreement and take a look on what you will be receiving in exchange of the royalty fee (if there is one....)

nitawag nako actually sa dti, dili daw nila scope kay it involves contract naman. they primarily handle consumer issues lang jud. ang advise lang nila is to check with any association sa mga franchise wherein member ang vfi, pwede daw nako didto icomplain para mamonitor nila ni nga company. blema lang kay wala ko'y idea if member ba ni ang vfi to any franchise association. another option pud is to file jud ug kaso. tsk tsk.

actually, that should have been your homework prior to signing a franchise agreement. Many are taking advantage of the word "franchise" and you would be surprised that franchise fees are so low that its too good to be true....but expect what you paid for...just like what you experience now.

Known associations like the PFA: pfa.org.ph - Home and FIFA: FILIPINO INTERNATIONAL FRANCHISE ASSOCIATIOAN have been around for some time and many big brands are members.

    Hope this helps

SHARING A GOOD ADVICE FROM AN ISTORYAN:
-at 12-15k you can have your own foodcart with supplies
-why not make ur own instead of relying to these people?

bati gihapon ang FFI mga bro. Kay ang ila mai ofc naa sa manila.
Di nila maatiman ang layo nga lugar like cebu.
