Thanks Rance - is this a local-style restaurant? We would like to try something local since we are travelling to Philippines for the first time.

go eat at places uniquely cebuano.
1. lunch at Harbor Dimsum. don't go to Dimsum Break even if it's just the same food.
2. pochero at Abuhan Uno or Dos at Ramos St.
3. SuTuKil at Mactan for fresh seafoods. just make sure you order mineral water
4. burgers at Orange Brutus
5. cake at Leona's
6. chicken mami, pancit canton and siopao at Visayan Restaurant at Manalili st.
7. grill places are a dime a dozen but if you you yearn for it, go to NeoNeo.
8. Cnt for Cebuano Lechon
9. coffee at Bo's
10. beer, ambiance and view at TOPS.
11. thai foot massage at TonTon
12. barbeque at Larsians (again, bring mineral water)
If you want local-style/ pinoy restos, try going to:
Chikaan- Lahug
Golden Cowrie- Lahug
Gerry's Grill- Ayala Entertainment Center
Abuhan Dos- Ramos
CnT Lechon Resto- Across SM City Cebu
But personally, I'd prefer Chikaan/ Gerry's Grill... try their sizzling squid ala pobre, crispy pata, pork bbq.
If you want local style you can try Golden Cowrie its along Salinas drive also.. you can actually consider Salinas drive as a Food Street.. go try to check it out and hoop around.. enjoy!Originally Posted by Skipperdo
