I'm sorry "thedayzidye" about your experience at Ling Nam Park Mall. I felt bad after reading your story. The owners doesn't have any idea about any of these and thanks for posting it so that they will be aware of what has been happening in their restaurant. First and foremost, I would like to apologize in behalf of the Ling Nam Cebu franchisee for your bad experience with Ling Nam Park Mall, rest assured that your concern will be taken cared of.
First things first :
Sanitation - They will check on it, they haven't heard any complains with regards to that (thanks for informing us) the owners always see to it that everything is clean. Two of the owners always go there to checks the store from time to time. They even contracted Rentokil on a monthly basis for pest control.
Price - Their price is just the same with Ling Nam Manila and it's part of their contract with the franchiser to have a uniform pricing. But in fairness to Ling Nam food, which i tried it myself, it's worth the price. I have tried other Chinese Restaurant but the Salt and Pepper Squid of Ling Nam is the best amongst other restaurant and the price is quite reasonsable ( as i also tried eating in some other Chinese restaurants the price is just the same )except for the Siopao though. You better try their Taipao instead, you will get your money's worth.
Service - I have informed the owner already about it and they said they will make sure that everything will be addressed accordingly. The owner wants to know, when did this happened and who was the waiter serving you at that time. They want to apologized to what the waiter had reacted instead of replacing your order. Though they are still new, they are still adjusting, and some doesn't know yet how to handle customer's complaint but i know it is not an excuse for a lousy service. The owner wanted the best service for their customers because they know that without customers there won't be a business to operate in the first place and no job for the staff as well.
For Holy Week - Their compensation is based accordingly to the legal minimum wage ruling. For holidays, it is multiplied by two.
Thank you once again for the issues and concern. Actually the owners will really appreciate to receive feedback from the consumers whether bad or good comments because they know that it is for the betterment of their service and they know it's the core of any business.
