try
re install ang os og and audio driver bai
and re install...
try lng...naka experienced na sad ko ani
board prob..
@werty: I don't use LINUX sir. Yes it occurs on WINXP and WIN7 32/64 so basically something is wrong but not driver related.
@Utan_Tinunoan: Hope it will be a board prob sir maayo hinoon aron ila ko ma RMA ug mailisan ug brand new napud coz this still has 1 yr store warranty and 2 yrs manufacturer warranty. Pero let me ask you sir, why naka conclude manka sa board sir? naka try naka ani? and do you also got my point? and understand my problem?
Let me know to those who experience this problem. Thanks a lot people.
I-uli na didto kung napay waranty...ayaw problemaha ang ilang problema.
@gaspar_73: Exactly so @TS: Follow what he say's we have the same opinion.
@TS: Same model but I think its Hardware failure, probably factory defect since you mentioned about the first use it occurs.
If I were you return it for warranty then ask for brand new replacement.
board prob, hardware na siya bro. naay faulty components (pesa) sa audio section/ circuit sa imong laptop board.
i.e. faulty IC, leak capacitor, transistors, resistors, etc.
@sport30: Cge sir salamat I will return this for warranty and hope they will replace my with a brand new one.
Ask ko sa inyo pud opinion about sa laptop unsay pamaagi sa pag replace? dali raba? coz I don't have any other PC. I can't afford to wait wait for long? after they found out the problem. Of course they have rights to test this to prove nga naa jud problema. But I don't trust the ASUS Service Center here since pareho ra ilang mga technicians and probably they will not test it well and easily mo conclude sila nga walay prob ang PC Laptop if ever.
If ako ni i return mailisan kaha ko dayon? also are they going to replace me a brand new one? I already contacted ASUS and they suggest me to go to ASUS Service Center for replacement since it has warranty.
Kinsa to naka try ug pa RMA ug pa warranty sa ilang laptop what's the best way aron makuha nako dayon.
Thanks a lot. Your help is greatly appreciated.
Sir, have you tried using a headphone instead? Same problem ba gihapon? Maybe the speaker it's just the internal speaker that's the problem.
If distorted gihapon ang sound, as what people suggested here, 2 things lang po, either software problem (sound driver is wrong or corrupted OS) or defective ang sound chipset sa board. The service center you will go to will definitely reinstall your OS and drivers to prove it's not a software problem. Backup your files in advance 'coz they might conveniently format your drive. Good luck po. If ma RMA imo aptop sir, let us know how well it goes. I'm also wondering how well Asus support is.![]()
