i thinks somewhere between the motherboad and case is grounded.

tumpak..ahehe mao gani, kung mag.assemble ang technicians sa pcx kay mag,butang sila og masking tape sa "mounting screw" (dont know the term), before mounting the mobo into the casing.. ahehe

try lng pd use ang reset button in place of the power, basin sa connector lng pd ang naay ground..

mao jud bro... grounded jud na ang prob sa imong pc... idisassemble imo pc... tang2x.ngon sa casing try daw isetup without the case... nya try to switch it on... nya kung mo on jud cya meaning grounded to cya... nya himoa to ang suggetion ni bro jewicked...

hmm.. mura sa system panel header na sa mobo.. eitheir naay mga pins didto ngka sikit.. or dba kana imong mga front panel connectors like power/reset/hdd kay mao naka cause ana..

try daw tang2x tanan mga front panel headers kung mo on pa ba og kalit.. if dili gani aw mao gyud na ang culprit.. ambot lang sad kaha kung naa ba baligya nga spare anang power/reset front panel kay usually built in man na sa casing ang mga buttons ana..

Its also possible that you've set the bios to automatically power on after a power loss state, my PC is set to that so it auto turns on if theres a power outtage and resume my downloads ( if any )

I think that option is called power state after power loss : on/off/auto

salamat sa mga advice...

grounded gyd ang case, na guba ang orig nga mobo tungod sa case nga grounded.
mau gani ang extra nga mobo sa tag-iya wla ma guba kay ako raba to ge dretso og mount sa case.
pag try nako taod sa mga connector without mounting the extra mobo to case kay ni work na...
