Di man hadlok ang Mindanao... I've been living here in Cebu for almost 8 years na and mas delikado man dri sa Cebu compared sa Mindanao... Here in Cebu, grabe kaayo ang tulis... you can get hit by holdap anytime at anyplace... Its really a misconception gyud na muingon ang mga tao na grabe ka gubot sa Mindanao... buloi123 is ryt, not the whole island of Mindanao but maybe certain areas didto na near sa bukid...

yeah just like annais, i've been to lanao del sur also, just near camp abubakar.... there are a lot of Catholics there also and with regards to religion and relationship ok lang ang mga tawo didto... basta ba they respect that every friday kay prayer day sa Islam and Sunday for catholics. although sometimes, you can hear gun shots but people there are just used to hear gun shots. inig naay mubuto, managan man hinuon ang mga tawo kung asa gikan ang buto.... siguro dili lang kaayo hadlukan nga pagkatawo but others kung makaadto didto, i don't know if they won't find it scarry. in highways, almost nalang mag-alternate og check-point ang AFP og MILF/MNLF/Abu Sayaff...

Actually if you are to compare the lifestyle in Mindanao particularly Davao City...........compared to Cebu I would rather choose Davao.........coz in Davao ang mga magnanakaw pinapatay na without due process dito nakakalaya pa...........so I believe its not appropriate to call Mindanao as a scary place coz scarry places in Mindanao are all located in remote areas, in places where you cannot see buildings but all trees, grasses and and wild animals..........diri sa Cebu unsay kahadlukan ninyo? diba kawatan? maskinasa naay kawat? did2 bombing especially pag bawasan ang budget sa safety and security............gubuton jud na nila para patasan ang bugdet regardless kung may madamay o wala..........

I grew up in Mindanao and I agree w/ buloi123, not the whole island of Mindanao but some certain areas didto na near sa mga bukid-bukid.. Mas managan pa ang mga tao padung sa naa nag pinusilay didto kay sa manago.. Para nila, mura kuno naa ga shooting..

well exagerated ang mga news...just lyk atong ng.gyera sa jolo katong gibomba sa mga militar....foreign viewers thought nga ang hul mindanao ang ng.gyera...sus ka OA...gamay ra man taun ng jolo compared to the hul mindanao...mau sa si annais mura iyang ng.describe ang situation sa mindanao gamay... maskin aha man siguro sa pinas or sa kalibutan dili man siguro ligtas sa gulo...

Honestly, Mas kuyawan ka maglakaw sa colon, kaysa mag lakaw diri syudad sa cagayan. Im from cebu, naa mi diri cagayan puyo almost 3 yrs na.

Ako lang na notice, crimes in mindanao dili kaayo ma report sa radio or TV. HOnestly, peacful baya ni among dapit sa tagoloan. A week ago, we heard 3 gunshots in front of our house and that was 3 oclock in the morning. Pag buntag na jud mga around 7am, peaceful kaayo ang lugar..the usual setting. It was only later in the afternoon that we heard talks from the neighbors na naa kuno gipatay, dead on the spot, pero wala gyud ma news sa tv or ma radio.

yeah, as i remember naa koy friend nga nakauyab og chicks nga muslim. nasakpan sa father sa chicks nga nagholding hands ang duha, nah pirting sukua sa father. gipamulta og dako, nah nabaligya jud og dili oras iyang sakyanan.
