go guys.. we`d like to hear more from you.. basta lang walang personalan... then wala tay problema ana..

deritso sa point para dali ra nato ma resolve ang issue...

ako dawat ra ko og binuang and maybe most of you nga wala gyud maka ila nako im just like a common or elite/senior/junior member coz deli gyud ko strict when it comes rules and reg. kong makaya pa nako e remind before giving infra then ill do it.

deli pod ko ganahan anang mag king-king mo kay sitekeeper/moderator akong rank, respetaray lang ta not becuase of unsay atong rank sa forum but becuase each one of us deserves a respect.

monrose29 -- he's way too merciful with the peeps in the forum especially those rule breakers. He gives a warning (which is appropriate) if we ever made a mistake in the posts that we've written or he would usually post in a "padungog" style hehehe sa maigo lang.

dondon -- I used to be afraid of this mod coz I thought he was someone senior like one of the old-timers here in the forum. He's active in dealing with forum concerns. He teaches or indirectly answers your query in the forum either through a counterpost or PM which I appreciate in a forum Mod.

fingolfin -- the first mod who muted me due to an off-topic in a senseless thread. Initially I felt slighted when he gave me an infraction but I was consoled because he sent me a PM about my offense -- it was straightforward and not in a way offensive. I respected that gesture and never had qualms since then.

... I dunno maybe I am just lucky to encounter a mod who treated me with respect unlike the others who would say otherwise. However, I agree with some of the complaints that the reaction for some mods are a bit offensive na pwede man madala og tinarong na storya so this is a good avenue for everyone to learn from each other's differences... as long as mature ta tanan dre

    Creative critique lang po ito.

Kung puede, the first warning or "request" to tow the line need not be posted publicly but could be sent as PM. For all you know, the "offense" could have been un-intended as the poster may not have the "facility of language". If after the PM and if it is determnined that the poster is incorrigible, send a public reprimand.

With the above set-up, the public can easily determine that the guy must have been put on notice through a PM and has been found to resist friendly persuasions.

While it is true that being a member of this site is a privilege, it is also true that good exhange of ideas and info is a boon to the site. It gives value and goodwill. It becomes a natural magnet for healthy discussions. And who can provided these? The members and nobody else.

But on the other hand, we need a carrot, stick and a sieve to separate the grains from the chaffs. Good management is the secret.

    My two cents lang po.

    hmmmm springy...

a straight forward guy who hates hypocrites.

yes, naa sya lapses but understandable ra kay it's either he's trying to point out "the norm" or he's constructively criticizing things w/c people usually misunderstand.

nice sad kay naa say mods nga makig inter act sa mga discussions... makig binayloay ug idea, makat.on ta nila, makat.on sad sila nato...

I came across with a mod last 2009
that time he/she was in a thread and some of the posters there had these less than perfect english
and mao usually iya gibantayan and made some mocking jokes and sarcasm about it and wala na siya sa topic and ako pud with my less than perfect spelling or just a minor typo just like a misspelling out of carelessness rather than a literate shortcoming iya pud gitirahan....and ako siya gitubag and sa akong tubag/reply daghan na amused and ni approve.

and I dunno somewhere in some other topic he caused me infraction....software piracy daw kay I mentioned naa mga baligya softwares sa sidewalk...I didn't even mention or suggest getting it from there

I guess some mods siguro...I know not all...are some sort of a bully kay para nako these are the only means they can push someone else from behind their desks w/o exposing their identities
because I guess in real life its the other way around and its just their means of getting back and feel power.

But in fairness at least most (I do hope) mods are sensible and fair, though still they're not perfect bcoz
they're just like us who just happen to have some control or position sa ISTORYA

so far, okey ra kaayu ang mga trabaho sa mga mods ngari as far as i concern... some of them are my friends, even the admins beor and galadriel are my friends... (dili ni pa-sipsip hap)...

mas maayu pa kung naa mga istorya EBs motungha mo para mailhan mo sa mga mods... pero it does not mean kung naa kay kaila nga mods pwde naka mo violate sa rules...
