    abogado ang solusyon sa imong problema brad. mo file ra ug affidavit imong mrs para ma change ang typo error sa sa iya gender from MALE to FEMALE didto sa local civil registrar's office. andam lang ug para bayad medyo bug-at ang kantidad.

    mas dali na xa ma resolve kung naa namo anak..
    katong papers niya pag buntis pwede tu e present.

    - pero ngita lagi mog kaila nga abogado para 10K ra inyong mabayran ,,else bayad mo at least 25K kay gender man ni. Medyo sensitibo man na nga kaso - di pareha sa name correction lang. Kasohon dyud ni, then after 6 months ma post na sa NSO ang correct gender.

    married or not married, same moagi man gihapon sa proseso sa balaud. siguro much easier to lay the evidences pero just the same, agi gihapon sa pareho na proceso. naa ko nabantayan mga publication sa news, magpublish ug change gender. murag iagi jud na sa korte.

    kadto lagi amo kasal, sa ako babtismal, naa ko 2nd name, sa birth wala. gipachange pa jud tawn namo ang babtismal naku, para lang makasal me sa simbahan. maayo sad na no, kay di sila kaayo istrikto when it comes to gender. to think mas bug-at siya kaysa name. ang name is just a name. pwede ka mag utro utro. pero ang gender will identify you.

    imo ni ipa ilis sa NSO... naka suway ko ani but di lang noon gender ang ako prob. ako jong pangan sayop pag spell... ang process kay ning take for 3 months then after it amo na pd giprocess sa city health para sa birth certificate kay sayop sad man it took 1 day ra... ang dugay ani kay ang sa NSO manila... i'm not sure same ba cla ug process...

    try mo adto NSO and ask kung unsa inyo mabuhat para mas safe and sure..

    kani mao na advice sa ako kaila nga abogado!!.. more or less 10k jud iya pangayo!!..
    then ingon to taga city hall sa danao nga 6 to 8k ang pangayo basta city hall..
