i'll tell you sa japan hastang buta og bungol nila 100% safe mu cross on any street. Why? na-ay visual aid and na-ay sound ang traffic lights. During the stop sign, na-ay something like beep sound means, stop and if go signal nah na-ay other beep sound means, go!.. Also for other way for the blind, u can use your stick and na-ay murag kanal pud and something like grove from big to small so mau toy imong sundon sa imong stick... They should think na useful and not sound like stupid kay if they will not function as what they are use to be.. better mag resign sila tanan kay dako2x lng sila swelduhan sa gov't..

I think ang Problema sa mga disgrasya is HUMAN ERROR.. dapat impose ug Safety Seminar para to give proper driving lesson sa mga drivers.
