Values Education - Teach us how to Behave well, both in our home and in public.
History - It teaches us things that happened and learn from it.
Philosophy - Teaches us basic fundamental problems, such as those connected with existence, knowledge, values, reason, mind, and language.
Psychology - Teaches us how to understand behavior and mental processes.
Religion - Teach us basic understanding of peoples belief.
Filipino Subject - Teaches our very own language, that until now many people are having problem understanding it.
P.E - To get us Fit.
English - I wonder some of these fresh grads are having problem getting a job due to their lack of communication skills.
Math - Teach us about quantity, structure, space, and change.
[some of these subjects are Major, so it depends really on what course you enrolled]
Now tell me, are these subjects useless?

dli jud...sa aq nga career...marine engineering...la jud gamit na mga rizal ug research subject...hahai..mao pa jud ang lisod...

Yes. Importante na xa. Supposedly, ang minor subjects kay dili i-teach sa college but adto sa highschool. Kay since wala may ayo atong educational system, gi-integrate ang mga BASIC SUBJECTS (minor subjects) sa college which is supposedly in highschool. 4 years rman gud atong highschool unlike sa uban country nga 6 years. Sa ubang country in college, la na silay English, PE, History. Tanan, major subjects nah. Mao ng mga imba kaayo ang ubang countries kaysa nato. Imagine a 5-year BS computer engineering graduate student in the Philippines nga gihimo rag Machine Operator sa Singapore.
