rest & stretch your hands guys after a didactic sessions of work! and prone ani nga syndrome is kanang cge lang ug gamit sa hands in a long period of time! example is typing or simply cge gunit sa mouse!

I am afraid I am having a CTS right now due to overused hands cge gamit mouse.
ako kauban work has been suffering from this..to the extent nalang i use nya ang term carpal (being clumsy) as expression..she needs to undergo an operation but she's still very afraid to do so
Di man related sa elbow ang carpal tunnel syndrome. Actually naa siya just above the wrist and 1 1/2- 2 in below the base of your fingers..
Ang maka cause ani kay if ma piit ang part nga naa just above your wrist. Ayaw kaayo siya ipiit ig type ninyo or ig gunit sa mouse. Then make sure you stretch2 every 30 mins or so.
